## Editorial correspondence

This desk keeps an editorial mailbox for one purpose: keeping the pages accurate. Corrections are the most valuable mail it receives — a misread finding, a study whose population has been described loosely, a citation that has been superseded by something better. Notes of that kind get checked against the underlying corpus and, where the correction stands, the page is amended and the reference list updated.

New literature is welcome too, particularly anything that closes one of the gaps this site keeps pointing at: a randomized human trial of MOTS-c, an independent replication of the Epitalon telomerase work outside its original research lineage, or longer-horizon human data on NAD+ precursors. Those three would change several pages here considerably, and this desk would enjoy rewriting them.

## What the desk cannot answer

Some questions arrive regularly and are declined every time, so it is fairer to say so up front than to leave anyone waiting.

This desk cannot advise on whether to take anything, how much, how often, or in what combination. It cannot interpret lab results, comment on an individual's health situation, or assess whether a compound is appropriate for a particular person. Those questions belong with a qualified clinician who knows the medical history involved, and answering them from a reading desk would be both unhelpful and irresponsible.

It also cannot help with sourcing. This site has no commercial relationship with anyone selling these compounds, does not evaluate vendors, and does not link to them. Two of the three molecules covered here are unregulated research chemicals whose contents are not guaranteed by any regulator, and that is a matter of record rather than an opinion about any particular seller.
